Document Description
The proposed project will create a Redevelopment Plan for an approximately 1,000 acre area. Adoption of the proposed project will allow the Agency to participate in various programs and activities aimed at encouraging private investment in the Project Area. Although the proposed project will not identify any specific development projects, it will include a list of public improvements and strategies for the rehabilitation of currently blighted properties.
