Entitlements include: General Plan Amendment; Community Plan Amendment; Rezone; PUD Schematic Plan and Guidelines Amendment; PUD Schematic Plan and Guidelines Amendment; Tentative Map; Subdivision Modification; Subdivision Modification; and Special Permit.
