Document Description
The Lassen National Forest is proposing to construct a recreation parking area located immediately adjacent to and west of the new Caltrans Board Rest Area. This includes a recreation trailhead immediately adjacent to the Caltrans facility on the south side. The purpose of the project is to provide a place for recreationalists to park in an area separate from the roadside rest area, reducing user conflicts.
