Document Description
A proposed 550 acre single family residential and commercial development located at the northeast and northwest corners of Union Road and Lathrop Road. Included in the development are groundwater wells that would be incorporated within the City's conjunctive use water supply system as part of the South County Surface Water Supply Project. These wells would be located in the deep aquifer, would be part of a conjunctive use water supply, and are not anticipated to result in the substantial lowering of local groundwater levels. Well #27 has a pumping capacity of 2,500gpm and is located at West Lathrop Road between South Union Road and Tidewater Bike Path.
