Construction of a 42.6 acre foot off-stream reservoir to use for irrigating vineyards. Approximately 2.9 acres will be used and approximately 46,300 cubic yards of material will be excavated to create the reservoir. The embankment will be 12 feet in height. Water from an existing well will be pumped into the reservoir.
