Document Description
The proposed project consists of a one-story, 10,705 sf oncology clinic with surface parking. The project entitlements include a Special Permit to develop a 10,705 sf medical office building in the Methodist Hospital PUD; a Special Permit to reduce the number of required parking spaces for a 10,705 sf medical office building; and a Parcel Merger to merge three parcels totaling 2.3 +/- acres. The proposed project is consistent with the land use designations of the South Sacramento Community Plan and the General Plan to provide medicl office space in this location.
