Document Description
The project proposes to create a formal designated multi-use recreational trail network. The trail system would include the installation of a semi-truss recreational trail bridge over the Tijuana River, the establishment of an Eastern trailhead staging area, and the installation of interpretative signage. The project also proposes wetland, riparian and habitat creation and restoration in the park.
