The proposed project involves actions necessary for a General Plan Amendment (GPA), Zone Change (ZC), and annexation of approximately 300-acres into the City of Bakersfield. The annexation, GPA, and ZC would permit development of residential areas, including mobile home sites, a regional site and neighborhood retail and related industrial service uses.
