Document Description
Sprint Avenida Magnifica: Neighborhood Use Permit (NUP) to construct, operate and maintain an unnamed, wireless communication facility. The project would consist of three antennas and one GPS antenna mounted on a 30 foot-high light standard which would replace an existing 23 foot-high light standard, associated equipment located in a subterranean vault, two vent pipes, and one strong box cabinet. The project is proposed to be located completely within the public right-of-way on the west side of Avenida Magnifica, south of Pomerado Road (a strip of land 9.5 wide lying within the Avenida Magnifica right-of-way as shown on Scripps Ranch Estates Map No. 9587 in the City of San Diego, County of San Diego, State of California) within the RS-11 zone of the Scripps Miramar Ranch Community Plan.
