Document Description
The goal and objective of the proposed project is to increase the ability of the GBUAPCD to monitor ambient air quality on the west side of Owens Lake when weather conditions create winds from an easterly or southerly direction. To accomplish this goal, the proposed air quality monitoring stations are to be placed at prominent locations overlooking the west shore of Owens Lake. Each station would consist of prefabricated enclosures with a tower approximately 33 feet high. The height of the structures themselves would be approximately 8 feet with a tower approximately 33 feet high.
