The Palmdale Water Reclamation Plant 2025 Facilities Plan proposes wastewater treatment upgrades to the Palmdale Water Reclamation Plan. The recommended project includes providing tertiary treatment with disinfection to accommodate 22.4 million gallons per day. Effluent management facilities will include up to approximately 700 acres of storage reservoirs and 5,140 acres of agricultural reuse, while maximizing municipal reuse.
