Document Description
Construct a 640,000 square foot maximum area regional shopping center on approximately 64 acres, consisting of approximately 24 retail and restaurant facilities at the nothwest corner of State Route 190 and Jaye Street in Porterville. This project may include construction and dedication of a public street and the construction of certain off site improvements.
