Document Description
Application for a CUP to allow the storage and distribution of well-water. The proposed facility will consist of an existing well with pump equipments and two existing 10,000 gallon water tanks which will be relocated and will store approximately 18,000 gallons of water. New improvements will consist of the placement of a 8' x 50' concrete slab for the loading area and six parking spaces. Approximately 43.5 million gallons of water will be extracted per year. Operating hours will be from 6:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m. Monday-Friday, and from 6:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. on Saturdays. There will be a maximum of three trucks (4,000 gallons capacity; 2 owned by applicant and the remainder by self employed owner operators) delivering water with a maximum of 80 daily trick trips one way.
