Document Description
Construction and operation of an arsenic removal treatment system and well blow-off pond adjacent to CVWD Well 7991 on the well site, located in an agricultural area. The purpose of the project is to ensure that well 7991-1 water meets all drinking water quality standards and regulations. Non-hazardous brine would be disposed of the Santa Ana Regional Interceptor. Non-RCRA hazardous coagulated brine solids would be disposed of at a Class I landfill.
