Proposal by Mark Hundertmark for grading permits to allow for grading and construction of: 1) Improvements for a new access road and two driveways; 2) Two building pads for the construction of two 1,533 SF residences with 535 SF attached garages; 3) Drainage improvements; 4) Construction of two wastewater treatment systems including septic tanks and leach fields; 5) Two on-site well pads; and 6) Landscaping and related site improvements. The projects will collectively result in approximately 18,400 SF of site disturbance and will require 488 cubic yards of cut and 474 cubic yards of fill. The project sites are located on the north and south side of Baron Place directly across from each other, approximately 500 feet east of Debonair Drive, approximately 9 miles east of the City of Paso Robles, in the El Pomar - Estrella planning area.
