Document Description
The proposed project includes the addition of a 36-inch diameter Lakeview supply pipeline to transport SWP water to the Perris WFP. The pipeline will follow one of two proposed alignment: extend east from the Perris WFP parallel to the Colorado River Aqueduct to the Ramona Expressway (approximately 5,000 linear feet) or run south along Old Evans Road and then east on Rider Street to Ramona Expressway (approximately 9,600 linear feet). Both proposed pipeline alignments will be located along the west side of the Ramona Expressway and will connect to the Metropolitan Water District of Southern California State Water Project facilities via a perpendicular crossing beneath Ramona Expressway.
