Document Description
Closure of the Exeter Landfill. This landfill stopped accepting waste materials in 1989. Per Title 27 CCR, this landfill must undergo closure construction which consists of adding a 2-foot foundation layer, an impervious barrier layer, and an erosion-resistant layer.
