Site Development Permit / Planned Development Permit / Public Right-of-Way Vacation / Easement Dedications / Easement Abandonment to allow the phase development of Hillel of San Diego. Phase I would consist of the continued operation of adminstrative offices in the existing single family residence located at 8976 Cliffridge Avenue. Phase II would consist of the construction of a new one-story, 12,100 sf student center building, above a 17,000-sf subterranean garage, on an existing, adjacent, vacant lot. The current vacant lot is bounded to the north by La Jolla Village Drive, to the east by La Jolla Scenic Way and to the south by La Jolla Scenic Drive and is approximately 15,350-sf. Project approval would allow approximately 19,719 sf of land to be added to the existing site, for a total of an approximate 35,069-sf site. The project site is located within the Single Family Zone of the La Jolla Shores Planned District, Coastal Height Limit Overlay Zone, Campus Parking Impact Overlay Zone and the La Jolla Community Planning Area.
