- The project involves the redevelopment of a marine terminal of up to 345 acres by consolidating two existing terminals located on Piers D, E, and F in the Middle Harbor Planning District in the Port of Long Beach. Redevelopment includes construction of approximately 54.6 net acres of landfill, a concrete wharf, buildings and substation, expansion of an on-dock intermodal rail yard, and paving, lighting, and utilities as necessary.
