Document Description
The proposed project includes an annexation of the parcels to the City of Soledad, prezoning, a use permit, and plans to subdivide the project site into 177 new lots and construct new single-family residences. There are six existing residences on the property. Five of the existing residences will be demolished, and a proposed Parcel A, which is not one of the proposed 177 new lots, will be reserved for an existing single-family residence that will be retained within the new subdivision.
