Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Game is executing a Lake or Streambed Alteration Agreement number 2004-0204-2 pursuant to the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant. Construction of three road crossings using pre-cast concrete spans and a storm water outfall for development of wheeler ranch subdivision. An EIR was prepared for the Plumas Lake Specific Plan of which this development is a part. Agreement and notice pertain only to the activities mentioned above.
