Document Description
The project consists of a General Plan Amendment and Zone Change to provide for development of a maximum 3,000 dwelling units on a 125-acre site in Planning Area 9 at a maximum density of 31 dwelling units/net acre. The General Plan Amendment revises the designation from Research/Industrial to Medium-High Density, and the Zone Change revises the zoning designation 5.5E Medical and Science to 2.4G Medium-High Density Residential. Medical and Science square footage in PA 9 will decrease by 1.6 million square feet and the number of dwelling units will increase by 3,000 units.
