Document Description
The project consists of modification to the existing Laurel Road flood control basin and the aquisition of 2.5 acres of land adjacent to the existing 10.95 acre detention basin in order to install baseball fields, landscaping, fencing, irrigation, a parking lot, playground, picnic areas and restroom facilities. The baseball fields will be installed in the detention basing, and the parking lot, picnic area, and playground will be constructed on the adjacent 2.5 acres, east of the basin. The facility will be used as a flood control basin during the rainy season and a recreational facility in the dry season.
