Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Game is executing a Lake or Streambed Alteration Agreement Number 2004-0206-2. Construction of an 18" diameter storm drain outlet to Humbug Creek. Outlet terminates at concrete-lined swale. A 24" deep cobble-lined swale will be constructed to carry discharge water to the creek. Lead agency prepared negative declaration for 121,776 sf office complex. The agreement and this notice pertain only to associated drainage project.
