Document Description
The overall project consists of construction of a 7,000 square-foot veterinary facility and animal hospital on a half-acre (0.5) vacant commercial property adjacent to the top left bank of Arana Gulch, adjacent to the terminus of 7th Avenue at Soquel Avenue. Arana Gulch is about 50 feet below the site. A new high density plastic pipe will discharge runoff from the property over a 48-foot distance to an energy dissipater about 10 feet above the high flow line of Arana Gulch. The California Department of Fish and Game is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement Number 1600-2004-5368-3 pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project operator, Carol Robins.
