SAA # 1600-2003-5014-R6 Proposing to grade and develop approximately 221 acres into a residential development of 767 lots the Operator proposes to grade and fill the entire length (0.84 acres) of the three jurisdictional drainages on TTM 25745. The project will permanently impact 0.099 acres of wetland, 0.382 acres of mulefat scrub habitat, and 0.359 acres of unvegetated streambed.
