SAA #1600-2003-5019 Remove construction debris and soil from the project site on TTM 28987. The debris is scattered both in and outside jurisdictional areas. The project would include the placement of a twenty-foot wide temporary bridge across the drainage to facilitate access to the site. The project would temporarily impact 0.15 acres of highly disturbed ephemeral drainage.
