SAA #1600-2004-0087-R66 Landscape the existing river bank from its current condition to one which will be terraced and stabilized with retaining walls. The project will include construction of a stairway to allow pedestrians safe access to the river's edge. All construction and grading shall maintain a level of no less than 1 foot above and 3 feet behind the Ordinary High Water Mark (O.H.W.M.).
