Document Description
The Operator proposes to alter the streambed and banks of Segunda Deshecha and associated upland areas to restore and enhance approximately 0.7 acre of Alkali Marsh habitat, restore approximately 0.01 acre of Toyon-Sumac Chaparral scrub and restore approximately 0.10 acre of Maritime Chapparal-Sagebrush scrub. The goal of the on-site enhancement and restoration activities is to mitigate for the unauthorized clearing of vegetation, including the filling of jurisdictional drainages and the removal of vegetation within upland habitat associated with Presidio (Tri-Cities) parcel as a result of geotechnical exploration.
