Document Description
The proposed project consists of an acquisition of approximately 3,373 acres of undeveloped land to be added to the Sonoma Coast State Beach. Historically, land use consisted of timber production, livestock grazing and casual recreation. The project will transfer the ownership of land to the California Department of Parks and Recreation to ensure preservation of open space, and the natural environment.
