Document Description
The license is for diversion, storage, and use of up to 26 acre-feet of water per annum. Water is stored in a 30-acre-foot onstream reservoir. The license has petitioned to expand the Place of Use from 17 acres of pasture to 61 acres of vineyard. The licensed water right will provide sufficent water to make this change because the vineyard uses between one-third and one-fourth as much water per acre as the irrigated pasture. The licensee also requests deletion of the Point of Re-Diversion, which has been abandoned.
