Document Description
The license is for diversion and use of up to 0.055 cubic-feet per second of water. The licensee has petitioned to expand the Place of Use From 17 acres of pasture to 61 acres of vineyard. The licensed water right will provide sufficient water to make this change because the vineyard uses between one-third and one-fourth as much water per acre as the irrigated pasture. The licensee also requests that the Point of Diversion (POD) be re-located to the licensed PPOD of License 7139; the original POD License 3684 has been abandoned.
