Remove approximately 80 cubic yards of sediment from Willow Creek to facilitate accurate flow measurement at the existing weir (Gage W-26). Activities will be conducted during the lowest flow period for the stream. Excavated sediment will be removed to an area outside the high-water mark of the stream.
