The proposed project consists of the following: 1. A Development Plan Review to allow a 5,000+/-square foot office building pursuant to Section 530-114 of the Sierra Oaks Vista Neighborhood Preservation Area (NPA) and Exhibit II (b), Condition 3 of Zoning Agreement Resolution No. 77-741/ZMA 3692. 2) A Use Permit to allow a structure or building to exceed 24 feet in height within 100 feet of a residential zone, not to exceed 40 feet in height. 3) A Special Review of Parking to allow deviations from the following improvement Requirements for Parking Areas: (a) eliminate the required interior parking area landscape finger island and (b) reduction of required interior parking area shading.
