Document Description
Issue a perpetual easement to the San Diego Gas & Electric Company (SDG&E) to allow SDG&E and their contractors access across Border Fields State Park property for the purpose of maintaining underground lines and new facilities within the easement. The easement, which will be approximately 10 feet wide and 2500 feet in length, will extend across California Department of Parks and Recreation (DPR) property along Monument Road from the Border Fields State Park entrance to the first bend to the south. This easement will provide legal access and use of this property to SDG&E, while protecting natural resources.
