Condition 7of DWR's water rights permits 15254 and 15255 governing the operation of Lake Davis requires the full use of the water by December 31, 2004. Use of water at Lake Davis is anticipated to increase as the area continues to develop. DWR is petitioning the SWRCB for an extension of time to make full use of existing facilities and the water developed at Lake Davis, for beneficial use within Plumas County.
