The proposed elements of the project are consistent with Section 15303, Class 3 (e) of the State Guidelines for the implementation of CEQA. The construction of one (1) shade structure (including concrete slab), eight (8) barbeque braziers, four drinking fountains are consistent with Class 3 which provides for operation, repair, maintenance or minor alteration of existing public or private structures involving negligible or no expansion of use beyond that previously existing. This includes, but is not limited to Class 3 (e) which provides for existing highways, streets, sidewalks, gutters, trails and similar facilities.
