Document Description
Fair Oaks Recreation and Park District (FORPD) currently has more need for outdoor recreation lands than it has available for use. The FORPD runs and hosts many adult, teen, and youth athletic programs. FORPD is currently only able to utilize a portion of Phoenix Park, due to severe irrigation problems; additionally, more paved parking is needed for visitors to the park; repairs are needed for the existing vernal pool interpretive kiosk; replacement of DG with pervious concrete to provide ADA access to the vernal pools; placement of picnic tables on concrete slabs for ADA accessibility; and improvements & repairs to irrigation throughout the multi-purpose fields.
