Document Description
The project involves the use of a low water crossing between July 15 and October 15 on the Middle Fork of the Eel River for seasonal access on the Capistran Ranch, LLC east of Covelo, Mendocino County (Section 11, T22N, R12W and Section 29, T23N, R11W). The existing low water crossings will have flow at the time of operation. Teh approaches shall be lightly smoothes to facilitate vehicle use. Crossings will have minimal usage during the summer. The Department of Fish and Game is issuing a Streambed Alteration Agreement Number 1600-2004-0553-3 pursuant to Fish and Game Code Section 1602.
