Document Description
The project involves constructing a 606.8 square foot (s.f.) restroom/concession stand; installing a 3,137 s.f. plaza with benches and picnic tables and rehabilitation of the existing group picnic area; installing a 5 foot wide walkway around the basketball court to the plaza for approximately 130 linear feet; installing 5 shade trees and shrubs around the plaza; converting the existing non-ADA restroom to a storage shed; removing the existing maintenance sheds; replacing chain link fence with an 18" high concrete seatwall between wading pool and swimming pool; relocating existing pool fence approximately 15 feet into the park; replacing existing SMUD lights in the picnic area and replacing with acorn style lights and installing a 15 foot wide turf area with berms inside the pool facility.
