Extend an existing 170-foot long 24-inch culvert to underground an additional 96 feet of ephemeral swale which is eventually tributary to Sonoma Creek. The discharge from the culvert will be armored with rock rip-rap to control erosion. Issuance of a Streambed Alteration Agreement Number 1600-2004-0530-3 pursuant to Fish and Game Code Section 1602.
