Document Description
The proposed project would restore the stream channel by removing the concrete lining and recreating a natural bottom. A construction ramp would be removed and disposed offsite, and imported fill would be brought in to raise the level of the stream be to approximately the level of the concrete. The channel bottom would be lined with cobbles, boulders, and other stones to simulate a natural stream bottom and allow for establishment of riparian vegetation. Issuance of Streambed Alteration Agreement Number 1600-2004-0030-3 pursuant to Fish and Game Code Section 1602.
