Document Description
The proposed project consists of a Tentative Subdivision Map to divide 18.8+/- acres into five (5) lots on property within the Metro Air Park Special Planning Area (SPA). Note: The project site is located within District 5C of the SPA which is intended to provide office space as well as commercial services which are in support of the airport and the Metro Air Park users. The proposed land division will not result in any new uses being permitted on the property that are not otherwise permitted in the SPA. Furthermore, Section 505-33 of the SPA requires individual site development plan review and approval by the Project Planning Commission when specific development plans are submitted.
