Document Description
The proposed project consists of the following: -Development Plan Review for an 18-unit, two-story apartment complex on 0.58+/- acre in the RD-40 zone. -An Exception from the following multiple family development standards: a) Reduce the required open space along the south portion of the building from 15 feet to 9.5+/- feet; b) Reduce the required interior yard setback for parking and access aisled from a 10-foot wide planter, with masonry wall, to a 6+/- foot wide planter, with masonry wall, along the west property line; c) Reduce the required perimeter landscape planter from 5 feet to 0 feet along the north property line. - A deviation from the fencing requirements outlined in Section 310-63 to allow a 6-foot high solid wood fence to be located on top of a retaining wall, to a maximum height of 10.2+/- feet, exceeding the 8-foot maximum height allowed along the north and south property lines.
