Authorization to enter into a license agreement for the continued operation and maintenance of existing roads and trails on portions of Conservancy-owned property in the Dollar Creek Water shed. Approval of this license will allow the continued use of these roads and trails for cross country skiing, hiking and other similar recreational purposes. Approval of license will not result in an increase in the ues of extent of these trails and roads.
