The project involves a boundary lot adjustment between a 3.68-acre parcel and a 3.04-acre parcel resulting in one 4.00-acre parcel and one 2.72-acre parcel. The 3.68-acre parcel is a single legal lot of record described by two Assessor's Parcel Numbers (123-0190-028 & -029). The 3.04-acre parcel is described by Assessor's Parcel Number 123-0190-063. In addition, the project includes the subdivision of the newly created 4.00-acre parcel into two 2.00-acre parcels. The following entitlements are required:
-A boundary line adjustment of 0.32 acres to create a 4.00 acre and 2.72 acre resultant parcel.
-A parcel map to divide the 4.00 acre parcel into two 2.00 acre parcels.
-An exception from the public street frontage requirement.
-An exception for the requirement for public water for 2 acre parcels.
