Document Description
The proposed project would include several different components. The Milpitas Library project would build a 60,000 square foot library and rehabilitate a historic grammar school. The Mid-Peninsula Housing Coalition would build 110 units for low income seniors. Santa Clara County would build a development of a 60,000 square foot health care facility. Two parking structures would provide 800 parking spaces, 25,000 square feet of retail, and 25,000 square feet of banquet/meeting space. Street improvements, street closures, and a COGEN facility would also be part of the project.
