Located in Western Napa County. Conversion of 21.1 acres from timberland to vineyard. A biological, geological, archaelogical and hydrological study have been performed for this timberland conversion, timber harvest plan and erosion control plan. The erosion control plan meets Napa County standards. A habitat conservation plan has been approved by the USF&WS and NMFS for the Northern Spotted Owl.
