The Proposal consists of the incorporation of the City of El Dorado Hills in accordance with the requirements of the Cortese-Knox-Hertzberg Local Government Reorganization Act of 2000. The Proposal would shift the administration of government functions within the area to be incorporated from the County of El Dorado to a new local municipal government within El Dorado County to be known as the City of El Dorado Hills.
