Document Description
The proposed project involves the removal of two debris jams located in the North Fork Navarro River immediately south of Highway 128 at Mile Post 8.87 and MP 8.91 in Mendocino County. The California Department of Fish and Game is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement Number 1600-2004-0676-3 pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Ms. Lucy Kostrzewa.
